i had spoken with a women melissa weaver and she was very respectful and all she is trying to do is help us with our mistakes....she was very understanding lady and was very respectful to me....i have no complaints about this number.....i thought i was very well taken care of

She stated that she need to retrieve a statement on my behalf and that myself or my attorney can contact her. If you are going to file suit against a person hell just do it and stop threatening to do it. You still aint gonna get [***].
received a call from this number, and told them that there was no one here by that name (my son hasn't lived here in 10 years) she proceeded to tell me that there is a ssn discrepancy from his bank. This same number had previously called my in laws where my son has NEVER lived. He has been to his bank and there is no discrepancy
Look you have to file a complaint with consumer financial bureau they are making threats like suing and judgments that is directly in violation of the fair debt collection practices -- complaint problems solved.. Consumers don't know the power of fdcpa complaints!
