Caller had a very authoritative type of voice and demeanor. Did not wish to continue conversation as he was obviously calling from New York and I have no business concerning anyone from or in New York. So I disconnected the call. Obvious debt collector type, empty threat-based, phi phishing scam! Do not interact with this organization of con-artists unless you are keen on losing your hard earned money to deceptive treacherous thievery!
Caller claimed to be a deputy from our local sheriffs office. Called the sheriffs office on another phone to find out there were no deputies by the name given from the caller.
Was trying to threaten us with a warrant that does not exist for a debt that does not exist.
