An additional false claim that all should be wary of he is no lawyer. He is calling from a bottom-feeding debt collector that purchases old debt nearing its statute of limitations - thus the acts of desperation. In my case, he went as far as calling my sister-in-law's mother, who, I have absolutely no communication with, lives out of state and haven't seen since my brother's wedding years ago. I do believe that he dug that far and dirty just to show me how many degrees of separation he can embarrass me in and cause me some level of fear, so that I would call him back.
Everyone, heed my advice, DO NOT SPEAK TO HIM. Every time you indulge him in conversation, you extend the statute of limitations and he will continue to contact you. That is his goal, to get you to talk to him and ultimately get you to give him money.

He used Daniel S Clark- this is the same area code that called me non- stop for weeks about three weeks ago. Claiming I wrote a bad check from Capital One in FT BEND county- never had a checking acct with Cap One- and why would someone be calling from NJ. I am sure it is from my ex's Cap One CC and he wants money....UGH.
yep , he is crazy, called me several times, now and a year ago, claiming i owed a band here where i live, i never borrowed from this bank and did not have an acct there for 11 years, he is a scammer, dirt bag, today he said his name was ben davis but called i d says daniel clark, what a weirdo, your right, dont talk to him!!!
