Left a message on answering machine: "Joesph Lane from Legal Outsourcing, please call our office at...".
He sounded bored and the background sounds made it seem like a boiler room operation.
I searched by his name and found many complaints under a different phone number: 855-267-9155.
It seems to be a debt collection scam. I don't owe anyone any money and have always had a clean financial history, so I'm chalking this up as fraud and filing a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
By the way, "Nexbell Communications" shows up on Caller ID.
This same guy called me as well. Insisted I owed money for a credit card that I had with my father in law from 2005. I have never had credit card with my father in law. He said his name was Joseph Lang. He said he company was called Legal Processing ADS. Same phone numbers as you stated. I asked him where his company was located and he said Amherst, NY. He refused to give me his company's address. This is a total SCAM. Do not give this guy any personl information. REPORT him to your State's Attorney General.
I am the manager at the company youre referring to and I do believe you had a receipt for summons on a fraud claim made by Centurion Bank. Seems we should pursue this matter further
