So I got a phone call from a man named "Robert". He left a message saying that there are two claims against my Ssn and had 48hrs to call him back or he was going to turn me over to my county. Naturally I called him back and had to leave a message. He called me the next day saying I owed for a payday loan. He insisted that I set up a payment plan using a credit,debit or prepaid card. Said that was the only form of payment he was allowed to take. So just in case he was for real I gave him the number to an empty prepaid card that I have never used. No harm right. Then I called the loan office that I received the.money from and they let me know.its a scam. So now I can cur up my empty.card and.this.Robert guy will be in for.a.big surprise. I even did.a reverse phone look up and naturally it is.a cell phone. I even looked up the company he claimed to be from and of course it does not exist. Anyone who gets these calls remember do not give him any info and get as much as you can from them. From there you can investigate for.yourself cause the internet can be an amazing tool. Look out for these numbers 716-5046882 and 716-5046869. People like this needs to be stopped and it is.up to us to file complaints and let others out there know what's up.
