This man named David Oliver called to request payment on a debt that wasn't valid. He tried to sound all professional by saying a formal complaint had been filed in his office. Just another scammer in my opinion. I told him I'd love to see them in court and asked if he needed any more contact info about our local courts. He declined.

These people keep calling my daughter, son, her ex in laws. friends they won't tell anyone how they are getting their cell numbers or any numbers. They just keep threatening. Told me I was a thief, scam artist, 7 just a bad person in general. My daughter found out that the calls are coming from Pa. And the address that she finally got was an empty warehouse.
I called the Pa. attorney generals office of consumer affairs. The lady up there was pretty much unconcerned about all of it. Wouldn't let me tell her what was happening. She says to go to www.attorneygeneral.gov & fill out a form & they will check it out.
The address they give is 3256 Goodman St. Penn. Pa. Man's name is Marcus Smith. phone 877-312-8958. The address is a vacant warehouse. Now with all that why can't someone in our government shut these bottom feeders & leeches up for good? and they won't tell the name of the Company.
