I saw their call come in on my cell-which is not on a plan. I let it go to vm.  Called them back a half-hour later.  They asked how I could help them.  They said I called them.  I explained that no, they called me and I was returning their call.  They then (with no further information) said that they claimed they were given my name regarding a Dillon Ward and wondered if I knew him.  I said no, then asked the person's name who I was speaking with.  He claimed to be Bobby from Reliance Funding.  He claimed he was calling regarding "financial matters" regarding Dillon Ward.  He asked if I was sure I didn't know Dillon.

I called back just to ensure the call would be consistent.  Bobby answered again.  I wonder if he is the only one 'working' there...
