KEEP CALLING ME AND NOT ASKING FOR ANYBODY. JUST THAT I HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENT IN A PAYMENT. FOUND OUT IT AIN'T EVEN ME. SOMEBODY I KNEW YEARS AGO. WHEN I TOLD THEM NOT CALL BACK THEY DID ANYWAY. 3 MORE TIMES. LAST TIME I TOLD THEM MY LAWYER WOULD BE IN TOUCH. THEY AIN'T CALLED BACK YET, BUT I HAVE CALLED MY LAWYER.
Threatening calls for someone I don't even know. Same comment "I'm going to keep calling you everyday because you are nasty to me". Seriously? Get another job if it requires you to be "nasty"
Tell them the next time they call the call is being recorded (legal in most states), and you intend to sue them for intentionally harassing a non-debtor, which, under the TCPA, is up to $1,500 per call. See how fast they hang up.
