They claim I had a bad debt and are saying charges  of wire fraud and writing a bad check have been filed.   I asked for a case number, and they said it was pending.  I informed them that even if the case was pending as soon as it is filed there would be a case number, I also asked the court and the jurisdiction.   They said it hadn't actually been filed yet that they are just mediators.   I asked for the Name and contact number of the company so I can validate the debt.  They said they had no phone number after telling me they validated the debt by phone.   I called the company that I supposedly owed (as I have used payday loans years ago) and they ran my social and had no record of me.   I asked "MR. Waldorf"  if he was the one the police should contact about this matter and he hung up on me.  HMMM.  Wonder if I will hear from them again.
