Unknown number so I didn't answer. Several rings and a voicemail that simply kept repeating the caller's phone number. If I didn't answer an unknown number, why in the world would I willingly call that number back based on a meaningless msg?
Suspect this is just a new wrinkle in the scumbag phone-tag game.
