As we all know, this is not a legitimate call, and it does not matter (to criminals) if have a "Do Not Call" listing. The Department Of Treasury would not call, they would send a legitimate US POSTAL Mail informing you of any IRS actions (good, bad or otherwise).
My wife got a call from here - they initially left a robotic message about being from the IRS and that there is a lawsuit or something to that nature. We knew it was sketchy but my wife wanted to call back because they called back a few times later. It is a guy with an Indian accent and choppy connection. They want info when you call so yeah - red flag. The IRS mails out stuff - they don't call.

...just got a message from another piece of [***] claiming 'it' was IRS filing a lawsuit against me....didn't know I was that important - lol - some sick [***] is out there trying to steal your info - BEWARE - why can't they catch this piece of crap - sick of this nonsense...
