States there is an important phone call for "......" and to please call back at 1-800-753-0628. They give a reference # When called back, they try to get you to confirm the last 4 digits of your SS # as well as DOB. Must think we are idiots. Have reported them to the FTC. Identify themselves as ECI or ACI?? Get beligerant over phone when will not release any personal info.
Also calling back with other called ID #'s showing such as 716-995-7300 and 716-580-6106
A male asked for "Brianna". I told him he had the wrong number, I hung up. Less than a minute later he called again and asked my name. I told him it's not Brianna and not to call again. He said, "this is a company, I can do what I want. What are you going to do about it?" I told him, "simple, I have you on caller ID and I will file a complaint to the Federal Do Not Call Registry." He hung up.
same thing as reported by others, the people who work for this copany are extremely aggressive and nasty...they call everyday, probably three or four times as i hang up as soon as i detect a recorded call...
