They said someone filled a civil lawsuit poss criminal charges. Not sure what to do. But i search my name on local superior court for anything AND NOTHING came up.

Nothing to do.  There is no lawsuit.  They are simply trying to scare you into paying them extortion money.

Ignore and block the calls.  Common debt scamming technique.

Garcia leaves message saying she was just at my door but it is VERY evident she is calling from a call center too much noise in the background for her to be in a vehicle.
