This number called my SKYPE number 3 times within one hour. They did not leave a message. (NOTE: I use a standard - not a personal greeting). I *67-ed them from a landline to find out who they were. A man with a heavy accent said "FEDERAL GRANTS DEPARTMENT how can I help you?" .......I let him say this three times without saying a word - hoping that I could catch some background noises or otherwise. Background noise consisted of shuffling papers and another phone ringing. This is a total scam and I guess now they are working their way through the SKYPE numbers. Avoid this mess........blocked!
