Rickey Clarke texted me about sum payday loan worth 664 bucks....he called me a [***] and told me to suck his PRivate area. I have called 59 times lol imma annoy them till they can't stand it anymore
I received the same text message from 716-261-3410, using my maiden name.
"Hi, This is officer Rickey Clarke form Cyber Crime Investigation Department of New York State. This is regarding a legal complaint against your name, and your social security number is under investigation. Now before we forward this legal case file to your local Sheriff's Office, call us back as soon as possible only on our direct department number - 716-777-3734.
If we do not get any response from your side then we have no option but to issue the arrest warrant against you in 2 working days. So call us back and be on a safer side. Thanks ..."
Due the the obvious casual language, grammatical and spelling errors, this cannot be taken seriously. I am reporting this to my local sheriff's office.
I got same letter and they called me telling me to western union it tomorrow. Its s scam I asked him for court it came from he couldn't give it to me. I told him that they send letters not calls
I received a text from phone number 716-712-5724 from a Rickey Clarke informing to contact the number or legal action and a arrest warrant would be taken out I do not call within two working days.
i received the same message last week August 23. i told them i wasn't aware of any loan, and i asked him to send me the case file info, he told me i should already know what i owe, and didn't have time to send it to me. he then told me he was call me back and let me know where to send my payment to. i have reported this to the BBB.
