I got this one too and called the number. Their answering machine said it was the cyber crime investigation dept.

I have received the same exact text message now and I know government agencies never Text your phone if they need to get you for committing a crime

I got the same message in minnesota. called my attorney and the state. NO AGENCY WILL EVER SEND A MESSAGE, TEXT. It will only come registed mail, or sheriff inperson.....SCAM!

I also received the ricky clarke fake cyber crime message. Im in Minnesota, and just got the internet, in the country.. Called the state, said it's fake!
