Oh my god I thought I was going to cry when I got a voice mail that said the same thing. That warrants would be put out and they could show up to my place of employment or residence! I haven't done anything fraudulent and I didn't think they could leave a message like that either . I am 100% sure that its a collection agency trying threat tactics
Someone keeps calling me from this number claiming to be UPC and associates attorney office stating that I have committed fraud and the and the attorneys are going to decide when in the next day as to whether or not to contact my human resources department or the internal revenue service, at the same time they say that a complaint has been filed against my name and social security number, and consider myself legally notified. GET REAL, being that I work at an attorney's office, I know that you can not serve a complaint via a cell phone voice-mail, STUPID!!!! A complaint must be filed through a court, not a human resource department. You must also serve the complaint upon the person in person or go before a judge with proof that you have been unable to locate the person whom you have filed the complaint against and get approval of service by publication, again, not via telephone. Does anyone know who this is, I would like to take the proper steps of filing charges against them.
