Caller claims to be from PCH, Publisher's Clearing House, asking for me to go to Walmart and get a green dot reloadable card. I need to load money before they will give me a prize. Per the real PCH this is a scammer.

Yup. Just got this call too. It was from a private caller but gave me his call back number of (716) 616-9383. I looked into the PCH website - http://info.pch.com/consumer-information/tips-a-warning-signs - PCH does not notify contest winners by phone!
