This number is being used by a repossession company, who claims that they follow the laws, when in reality they violate the fair debt collection act and don't care.  they will tell you so on the phone.

actually...the FDCPA does not apply to repo. So I take back what I said, and I am a dumb a$$.

Anthony from CIRG called and started cursing at me when I said that the person he was looking for was unavailable. I hung up. He called back 10 times in a row and then I switched the phone over to our answering service. This guy sounds crazy.
