Alexander Marshall threatening lawsuit with same MO as other complaints listed here. Never says what company he is trying to collect debt on behalf of. I have legitimate debt but always know law firm and legit debt collectors tell you what credit card they are collecting for. Not this guy. I have a fatal heart condition - heart Aneursym and afraid these scum will tear my aorta even further and stress will kill me instantly. Not calling them back. Messages always ask for my address- if legit shouldn't my credit card company have that info for them? Not dealing with this scumbag!
I received a call from this phone number today stating an arbitration hearing is to be scheduled, and I am either a defendant or witness. I was told to respond within 48 hours to Tracey Caldwell. I am not a defendant or witness in any legal matter. Period. What nonsense. This is phishing for information. Illegally
Mark's life is "awesome." He has a fancy car, he goes on trips to Arizona and Vegas. He likes to golf. He likes to work out, go to the theater. He likes to speed on Sundays in residential neighborhoods after throwing back a few cocktails (or beers, not really sure). He is very proud of his life and the way he makes his money. He sleeps like a baby and so do all of his colleagues. They know what they are doing is illegal. They just don't care, because the money is so good. This is why you should report these guys to the FTC and why you should not give them your money.
I have received multiple calls from this number. They never say who they want to speak to only that if I don't return the call they will view me as noncompliant. The call is always to be "the Final Call". Today they called and said I was a defendant or witness in an arbitration hearing and must contact them within 3 hours or be in contempt.
