i was called by a women claiming that she was a collection agent trying to collect money on a credit card. this is the first time i have heard from her or this company. my debt is being handle through the local courts and clercks office. she tried to threaten me with a wage garnishment. i have not seen or received any court papers about this or even about a hearing. i may not know enough about the law but i do believe she can't garnish my wages without the courts approval. i have not been summoned to court to face this individual or the company she claims to work for. i'm going to write the judge in charge of my case and ask for a cause hearing before i agree to give them anything.
I just had a voicemail from the same damn phone numbers...7166321616 and 7166310615.. Mr Brown.. something about a judgement.. and they wanted to talk to me about it first.. Im sorry, judgements do not call you.. they send you letters!!!
sounds like a fat ol lady on the other end trying to tell me about some paperwork that the courts have filed...whatever! get a real job, you are a waste of society and are wasting my precious time
This guy from 716-632-1616 called today looking for my husband about some matter that was transferred to him from our local courthouse. I kept asking him what the matter was finally I told him to L**k me and I hung up. HE CALLED BACK AND SAID, "how can I follow through a proposition like that if you hang up?" I said, "WHAT? EXCUSE ME?"
calling about someone's debt that does not live in our house, and has never lived there. He is the type of person who would scare a normal person who would owe money.
He was very mean, and I was mean right back, but when I told him I was going to report him to the police and asked his name, he hung up.
