Called from local phone, I answered. Very agressive and not very polite collection agent, told me that I had an outstanding bill for medical which I told him I was contesting the cost with my insurance. The agent on the phone told me just to pay the bill. He was not polite, kind of agressive and I felt like I was being treated like a child. I just hung up on him because he wasn't even listening to me. Credex Collections is the epitome of lousy collections service.
