i have received calls every day from this number - i did a loan mod that was to their terms and has been complete for several months now... no idea why they call no message ! nothing very frustrating!
its the collections department they only call if youre behind on your mortgage thats whats so important. and theyre open til 11pm and can legally call u until 9 pm.
