they are calling my work and my kids saying i committed check fraud and i would be arrested and put in jail if i did not contact them.even if i owe some type of debt they have no right to call my work or my kids and say those type of things to them. they are breaking a privacy issue

I paid them over $1000 Can i get it back?

They called my father's house looking for me. I haven't lived there for over 20 years,not sure how they got his number.
