Third-party collector. Usually for debts that are past the statute of limitations and are now non-collectible. These are the bottom dwellers who will harrass you for $5.00. The only time that's worth dealing with them is the time it takes to sue them. Turnabout is fair play.
This company is all over the internet for attempting to "collect" debts that the party never made. So paying your bills won't keep you off their radar!
