Angel - Did you have your court date yet? DId it turn out to be anythign? I had payday loans in the past adn after payign them over 1000% interest an attaorney advised me to stop paynig and I sent them a letter that covered me leagally. I could have actually sued them! So I don't know what this could be - most likely fraud but if you had a court date it really worries me. I relaly hope all worke dout for you! Please let me know!
I received a call from this number saying I had a summons they need to serve me for Check
Fraud. First all I have never did a Check Fraud nor do I write or own any checks for my accounts. This caller identified himself as Investigator Ray Raymond on my VM. The first time he called he said that I was wanted for alleged Check Fraud and that I must call them back so they can decide if the matter can be rectified. The second time they called leaving message on my VM he said this was his FINAL call to me and I must call them. They have a summons to issue me but the problem is they don't have an address for me. They said if I did not call back they can come to my employment( I have been unemployed for 9 months from previous employment). or said I arrange to meet them somewhere in a parking lot. Each call they made they ended the message by saying we wish you luck or good luck. I check with the county they alleged I had Fraud Check . There is no record of their claims. I have not received a call from any law enforcement. BTW they are calling from New York and the state they claim I have been alleged to did a Fraud Check is in Texas. What a JOKE!!!!

i recived the same type of call, bu after a couple of calls they did varify themselves to be lead investigators. i dident belive them that they were going to serve me, but after a week i did have process servers at my place of employment, and i did get a notice to apear in court. sometimes they said the county they say on vm are not 100 percent accurate, but i still am woundering what this is all about. they said i would find out when i was in court. they also said they ave me a chance to redeem myself, but i failed to contact there investigators. ughh is this really happening?
this is for real it is about a unpaid payday loan and i do believe them the people that call that has a heavy accent i don't believe. Good luck to u victor. I took care of mine so i don't want them coming after me.
