They first called me a few times leaving a message for a friend of mine saying her social security number had been compromised with possible fraudulent use.  When I assumed this was a scam and didn't return their phone call I received another message saying MY SS# had been used fraudulently.  I still didn't return their call and then I got a message that they had no choice but to sue me.  I can't figure out how if my and my friends social security numbers were used fraudulently why they want to sue me. Talk about fraud!!!
