this company is a complete fraud law dog is the owner they are not investigators you cannot go to jail and 90% of the checks they collect on are out of statue and they cannot come after you at all if u get a call from them get them on a tape recorder ans save thee voice mails you get from them threatening criminal charges then go 2 a collection lawyer and sue them also report them to your attorney general they are impersonating law enforcement every day and also pretend to me a mediation firm witch they are most definitely not the owner is earl wray he is a criminal they all use fake names also make sure u call the original creditor and file a complaint against earl with them so that they stop selling him debt
i would like to get what info you have from them. i was informed by my mother that they told her ex husband that they were the IRS. so i trying to get what info i can get on them to report them
they been callin me for over a month saying something about check fraud in florida, i told them off yesterday! we will see if they call again. ive gotten over 30 calls from them
These people called and left a message saying that the person they were looking for had written a bad check, was under investigation for check fraud on and on, and that person is NOT me or any one who lives in my home. it was COMPLETELY illegal for them to give me all of that information!!
