I'm getting calls from them too, claiming that someone has filed a civil complaint against me, and failure to contact the office will result in court action.. This sounds like bullying to me, and not legitimate at all. There is nothing on the web about them - that link in the previous post is unrelated I believe.
I haven't done anything deserving of a civil complaint, and no one has threatened me. This sounds very fishy.
these people keep calling me saying they are a investigative company hired by collection agency. wanting me to give them my account info to handle some debt that i have with someone. but the debt was resolved and hasnt been on my credit for ten years. If anyone has info on these people please write me back.
