Did not answer, caller did not leave voicemail. Have also recently received calls from 716-799-8353, and 716-799-8364. Never leaves a message. I will never answer.

Call from-  716-799-8348    Did not answer, caller did not leave voice mail.  Possible debt collector?  Called both my home and cell phone within 25 seconds.

Caller ID (Hiya) says it's IRS. Everyone knows the IRS doesn't call you out of the blue.
