This lamer is just a scammer with software that changes the last four digits of the number he uses and displays on caller ID. About the sixth or seventh time he called I decided to answer and asked him why he kept doing this? No answer to my question and he hung up - but the litter bugger just keeps calling. Goes to show when your "thing" is too small you grow up playing with software and try to trick people with a scam.
