Female caller, undetermined language heavy accent broken english, I didn't say hello but asked who was she calling (give me a name), her response was "WHAT?", I then repeated my question, she replied that I called her. I don't know what kind of call this is, prank, unaware foreign female, stupid or attempted fraud but obviously not forthcoming with simple info - pass on this one and block.
