Call and hang up.  Also, pre-recorded message when I picked up.  It said that your Verizon Wireless service is going to be interrupted/disconnected if you don't pay.  I have paid my bill to Verizon.  AM going to file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General's office and possibly a lawsuit.  I am also looking into contacting a tv station to do an investigative report on their unfair and unethical business practices. Also comes up Out of Area on Caller ID.  Calls all time of day or night.
