This is the people from across the way for Credit One Bank. They will call 5 times a day if you are so much 1 day late on a payment. Half the time you answer, they hang up. Then when you do explain to them that you don't have a checking account at the moment you will have one next week, they will ask AGAIN for debit card or checking information. It does not matter how many freaking ways you ask, the answer will still be the same. I call them out on not listening, and they apologize and proceed to ask AGAIN!! I can not wait to pay this off completely and then close it so I don't have to waste my time on stupid people again! They will also call you after 9 pm because they don't pay attention to anything whether its time zones, what you say, or the notes on file
