got a call from an Alexander Judge saying that its federal law/state law for them to contact me in regards to a case that they will be filing for committing fraud in my county and its state law to inform me 72 hours before papers are filed and this is my last chance so call 716-809-8131 extension 225 which is a direct extension
There are no such state or federal laws & your call originated in the fraud capital of the U.S. Western New York! Your caller was undoubtedly one of the hundreds of sniveling cowards in that area who make their incomes by defrauding the naïve of money. They specialize in attempting to collect invalid and/or bogus debts. They never have a valid claim to a valid debt so they're forced to use threats & intimidation as weapons. Simply DEMANDING a Notice of Validation to be MAILED to you (as per federal regulation under the FDCPA) is usually enough to send them the message that you're no Sucker. They'll back-off once it's determined that you're not a fool. If your caller had an accent then you're dealing with a foreign fraud. Probably an Indian one. They can be more persistent. They're much more desperate, far less intelligent &, quite frankly, don't have anything better to do than try to defraud others of money. On what they're paid to be Scammers it's not like they can go out & get a hobby...
Be Safe. Be Aware.
