This call came in as unavailable and when the caller came on the line the English was thickly accented and broken. The purpose was a car loan offer and when I transferred to the lending supervisor the conversation did not change.  The offer was for a loan either for a new or used automobile with a follow up call within 24/48 hrs.  No available BBB info.
