I have been receiving phone calls from this number with an important message for someone that is not me. I answered to tell the woman that they have the wrong number and she became very rude. Said she was a claims investigator and kept saying "good luck with that. good luck with that." and also told me that she WOULD be calling me back even though I told her repeatedly this is not the right person.
Something must be able to get done to stop this harassment...
Got a call from this group today as well, did a BBB check on them and found that they maintain an "F" rating. Just another strong arm bill collector that has no idea that they are bordering on criminal activites.
My father's girlfreind got a call from this number asking for information about our neice. Wtf?? Of course would not identify themselfs when he called back. We have no idea how they connected the two but it must be a scam of some sort since neice has been on other side of the country for years and have never been to the gf's state, let alone her house.
Yes, they are owful treating people like they have power to do that...just report them with your local Attorney General, with the FBI, and with the BBB, provide much information you can give them, because they are crazy, and they want is to take money from you at any cost..they tipically use people who used daypay loans, even if you paid it, after years they will call, again and again, until you have not reported them...I had an experience, used a loan trough internet, and paid it, they will call me again, i reported those people..Now I have received again caller from this number about another loan I made fro CASHNET, I paid the loan on August 2009, trough moneygram, I have a letter of proff, and they are calling me again..Now I am reporting them again, because this is the only way, they will understand that they have no power, they are thiefs..Dont be afriad, the police can no go to your door or work place to arrest you because of a debt, if there was no a jodgment by court judge in a trail...Those people have no read the Constitution of United States of America....

The reason to wrtite to those places is because they will investigate them, and also because the phone number 716-821-0323 shows that is located in NY area. plus add the name show on that number, what is: Ahmad Ebdulla..
Dont anyone be intimidated, even when they say will make a lawsuit..they are stupids...
