Who called from 7168216199

Caller claimed to be from UPS trying to track a package.

Caller said I won a dream prize and wanted to confrim my visa, mastercard or discover card number. fat chance

This call comes from UPS if they are holding a package for you.  I requested to have a package held and this is number they called me from to confirm my pick up times and location.

Missed call from this number; no voicemail. Blocked ID &returned call <5 mins later, line rung 30+ times before I hung up.

Caller claimed they where from UPS and wanted to set up a Interview asked for my s.s# and date of birth. ..not sure if it was spam because I did apply for a job there?...can a person commit identify theft with that information?
