It may be just a wrong number (remember those?), but there has been a cluster of calls here where mysterious no-name calls come in but no message. CID displays "Buffalo NY". Also I read that if you are particularly targeted (paranoid?) a spoofer places the call to your number and then trolls here to see if it's being reported. Hey, I wouldn't put it past 'em to do that. My only question other than what's his/her gain is that the lithium has worn off so why won't they get the prescription refilled?
