Who called from 7168432007

Unsolicited call from Solar USA. I asked to be removed from their call list twice. Still on it. They also call from 6316187674

Called hung up left no message.

Solar company. Told them not interested. They've called twice now in the past hour. Adding to my phone's blocked list.

I got several calls from them for the past week, when called back - busy signal.  Finally was able to tell them that my number is on "do not call list", they hang up on me.

This is what comes up on my phone. M,CI Worldcom-B....left no msg.
