So called 'police association', one of many. They will give you decals to put on your car window after you give them a donation so real cops during a traffic stop, can laugh at you for being stupid enough to give them money as they hand you your real ticket. You can also expect annual calls to donate again and again once they hook you. Of course I blocked them.

When I'm approached by a real police officer with a gun and a badge asking for a donation for something like the Police athletic association (PAL), I support them.
