I've been giving this company, who says I have a bill with them, $68.63 every two weeks since February. I got a call from the company I thought I was paying today and they're asking me when I was going to make a payment?
I've received several calls from this number, first saying they were one company, and the second time they called from same number saying that they were from a company called ERS Associates. This is a New York number and when I called back they said it was regarding a legal matter but when I asked what legal matter no information was provided. I also asked for a phone number and address to have my attorney contact them and then they just started yelling at me so I just hung up. I believe this is a total scam. Anyone else experience the same thing?
They are a bill collection agency they buy debts from companies like cell phone,jewelers,credit cards and hound you to death to get that money
they are a switchboard and have several numbers with that exchange
