Expecting a call from New York so I picked up just in time to hear very faintly "byeee." I said "hello" several times but hung up when I realized the sound was probably to someone else at the caller's location not a voice message to me.
called, took a while to respond to my hello. He said he was Jan from One touch Call. I asked why they would call me as I have nothing to do with any company with that name. He said goodbye three times and hung up.
SCAMMERS! Chinese male scammer couldn't pronounce English words very well. The Caller ID is a "Spoof" number as that number is disconnected. When asked what country he was calling from he either repeated some unintelligible name or said California. I told him the area code on the Caller ID was 716 which is upstate New York, not California. He did clearly understand me when I told him he called a U.S. Federal Marshal at which point he said "Oh shiiiiiiit", soiled himself and hung up.
