Computer calling that you can trick by answering in a soft voice that the computer thinks no one answers causing computer to hang up or say good bye.

sounded like the gal was speaking under water, real garbled. Caught a few questions, as do you own your home, electric bill over a hundred a month. I said no and she said goodby. She also was hard to understand. More than likely a scam, more times than not they ARE.
The caller said he was from One Touch Call working on behalf of my power company (BG&E or PEPCO neither of which are my power companies). He also said he was calling on behalf of Solar City. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the floor supervisor. I asked why he was calling someone on the national do not call list. He said he didn't have the list with him. I said you shouldn't need the list, the computer should be programmed with the list and since I had be on the list over a decade he shouldn't be calling and I wanted him to pay the penalty they owed me for calling me. He hung up. I will be contacting Solar City to inform them that they are using someone who violates the national do not call list and if they continue to use that company or violate the do not call list, I would expect a penalty payment from them.
