Received a message from this number at 6:30pm on 9/9/14. She said her name was Elaine Dean and needed to discuss the papers there were scheduled to be delivered to my home for a signature and a pending court date for next week. I have no idea what this is in reference to, but will be calling the county clerk in the morning to see if something has been filed.

I received a call from the same number and same person today. I did not answer it, so they left a voice message. Same thing about papers and a court date next week. If this is a collection agency, I now have them on tape. It is illegal for any collection agency to threaten anyone with legal action according to the guidelines set up by the U.S. Government in accordance with "The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act". Next time she calls I just might answer to let her know that I am filing a grievance against her with the Attorney General. The thought I would let you know.
I got the same message stating they were looking for someone and that I was a "reference" to that person. They asked that I connect with that person asap for court papers that needed to be signed. I called back and stated I didn't know that person and second how did they get my number and she refused to answer.....

All from NRG & Associates regarding a pending legal matter. I have kept all 3 voice mails and they're now harassing my parents, too.
According to the Buffalo, New York, yellow pages, their address is 2200 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY, 14210. What's really amusing it that if you bring up that location in Google Maps, the address is home to Nationwide Recovery Group, NRG & Associates, and...... Mane Place South Beauty Salon. That doesn't raise any red flags at all.
