Looks like a telescammer. It's unusual to see a full name "Mary Blackmon" and legit-looking number on the caller ID but the reports coming in from others help clarify things real fast (thanks to sites like this).

I figure if Mary is calling a bunch of people  in rapid succession who don't know her then "she's" probably up to no good...
