Who called from 7171226395

Received two calls today from this number. Who list their number starting with 1xx-xxxx?

I just got 3 calls today from 717-122-6395

No messages left.  Although it has a Lancaster, PA area code, I have never seen a 122 number in America.

Anyone?

Same thing here. No ideas. I have also gotten three calls from a New Jersey area code, also starting with a 1. Very odd.

Received four calls today from this number. They hang up before the fourth ring.

Received 4 calls from this number - answered once but no one on other line. Guessing they are collecting numbers for future spamming ?
