these people are so stupid to call people they don't know and then leave no message. i stop them in their tracks cos i won't answer my cell to unknown callers. i check out who has called first and call them back on SKYPE.
after checkign out the number 717-200-8989 i found this is either a moron or a phishing entity, so attempted to call back on SKYPE and find it's a disconnected number. so this is apparently someone displaying a fake caller id. what a joke on THEM.
