Got a call at 10:02AM on cell phone. ID shows located in PA. Did not answer, call did not leave voicemail. Logged a Do Not Call Registry complaint.

Just got a call from this number. Not sure what the hell they were saying. In Spanish. I waited till she stopped. No one picked up, just dead air until I hung up. Strange.
