I received a message from this phone number saying I owed the IRS money and to call the following number 202-455-5964... I called the phone number and a man with an Indian accent answered he phone...I told him I was going to report him and he said ok !

I got exact same thing. The message said IRS is filing a law suit against us, and this was the final notice. It said to call 202-455-5964, when I called, the recorded voice mail box didn't even say it was IRS and there was no voice mail to leave my message.
